Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients:
Red Sauce:
1 small onion
4 cloves of garlic
500g ground pork
1 cup of mushroom, fresh or canned sliced
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp red chili flakes
2 tbsp spanish paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 pc Knorr Pork Cube
1.5kg storebought Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup water
1kg Spaghetti, cooked to package directions
White Sauce
1/4 cup butter
4 tbsp all purpose flour
1L fresh milk
salt to taste
2 cups or more Grated Cheese (Mozarella or easy melting processed cheese)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
1/2 tsp white pepper
